Sound healing uses soothing tones, vibrations, and frequencies to help calm the mind, relax the body, and restore a sense of balance. Instruments such as gongs, crystal, bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes, drums, bells, chimes, rain, sticks, and other resonant instruments create calming sounds that can encourage relaxation, reduce stress and support overall well being. Many people find that sound healing helps them feel more grounded, peaceful, and connected.
